Payments policy are strict: Pay first, send receipt, then delivery. Minimum of 1 day if your item is on stock and Maximum of seven days. If you need the item in one hour or the same day please call us for quick delivery. Local Delivery (within Korea) is free for every 30,000 purchase; however Quick Delivery (within 45 minutes after transaction and payment has been confirmed) is 5,000 Won. 

Return Policy:

If the article has slight damage, please do not wash or use or remove the crotch cover (for swimwear). If you made a mistake with the size, the company will not be responsible for the delivery fees. If the item has damage, delivery for return is charged to us. If you are not sure about your size Please refer to our customer care or simply call us. 

CAUTION:
For items ON SALE which are 40% OR ABOVE, they cannot be returned or exchanged simply because the delivery fee might be more expensive than the item. So do not hesitate to call us.
